The items I've received has made my daughter very unwell and my customers very ill. I want my money back 😭

They treated me wonderfully, they answered all my questions and sent a video explaining everything, from the day I decided to buy it took 3 days to prepare my order, then it took 7 days to arrive at the door. The person who assisted me was in charge of coordinating shipping and customs at all times, he even made a test video of the equipment before shipping it, I only had to pay a small amount for clearance upon receiving the package. Once it arrived it was in perfect condition, I had no problem putting it together, it also included a warranty and user manual in addition to the CE certification. They allowed me to customize the home screen and the language (in my case Spanish), also the plug for my country. Here is a demonstration video of the equipment.
