The person who assisted me was in charge of coordinating shipping and customs at all times, he even made a test video of the equipment before shipping it, I only had to pay a small amount for clearance upon receiving the package. Once it arrived it was in perfect condition, I had no problem putting it together, it also included a warranty and user manual in addition to the CE certification.
